Funky beat...
One of the greatest christian POP bands. The Newsboys have a "different" kind of sound that sets them apart from other bands. They have been featured in pulications such as Newsweek, USA Today, Teen People, ESPN2, Guitar Player, Motocross Journal and Entertainment Weekly. Also, in 2004's Dove Awards they received best album, best band, and best single for their Adoration Album. As for the Newsboys' mission: "We came here to make the best music, and, as Christians, to seek first the Kingdom," says Peter. "There is much power in this kind of music.
